Job Overview

To excel in this role, you must be proactive and diligent in ensuring all children are enrolled for GIRO. Effective record-keeping of GIRO forms is crucial to track the status of successful and rejected applications.

  • Obtain regular updates from AFD on the status of GIRO transactions.
  • Follow up with parents whose GIRO deductions are unsuccessful.
  • Notify the Principal about arrears to be collected from parents via NETS at the centres (Oversight).
  • Escalate unresolved bad debts to the relevant Cluster Operations Director and assist in recovery efforts.
  • Provide timely updates on arrears for management reports.
  • Support the Principal during internal and external audits.
  • Assist Cluster Operations Directors with additional operational tasks or special projects.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by the Supervisor.
