We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineering Specialist to join our team. As an Electronics Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of electronic products.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, with experience in product maintenance and improvement. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing wafer test yields, determining hold lot disposition, and communicating with customers for joint disposition.

You will also be involved in yield improvement initiatives, identifying and resolving issues impacting yield performance. Additionally, you will perform device/hardware test qualification/correlation and issue associated reports, support manufacturing operations on technical issues relating to device testing, and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Our ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and be familiar with wafer sort test, prober operations (TSK or OPUS), tester platforms (U FLEX, J750, Verigy 93K, Magnum or Advantest Tester), and other relevant tools and technologies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, effective organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative. You will also need to be able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with our Chinese counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze wafer test yields

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
