Job Title:

Retail Team Member (Part Time)


Roles Responsibilities:

At our store, you will provide warm and friendly service to all customers. This includes assisting with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for handling sales transactions, including various payment methods such as cash, credit cards, and vouchers. You will also be required to restock shelves, arrange merchandise, and ensure products are displayed attractively.

Maintaining a clean and organized store is crucial for customer satisfaction and safety. You will be responsible for ensuring the sales floor is tidy and that stock is managed effectively.

We take loss prevention seriously and expect you to monitor customer activities, prevent theft, and ensure store security at all times.


What We're Looking For:

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and basic math skills for handling transactions. Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.

You must be willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A strong ability to communicate and interact with people is essential, as is the ability to stay on your feet for extended periods.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the company is highly valued.
