About the Role:
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, strategically planning their approach to clients and offering compelling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire leads and research projects from existing connections and professional firms.
- Conduct and manage objective research on current market trends and client's potential partners.
- Check, analyze, and finalize output/deliverable from local team.
- Develop new business opportunities and relationships to grow the business.
- Conduct market research analysis to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of business development and consulting experience in a market research agency.
- Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies.
- Extroverted and proactive with strong project management and leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Native Japanese speaking and writing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop clients' relationships and participate/collaborate in teamwork.
