  • Conducting thorough reviews of term sheets, contracts, and legal agreements (LPA, Subscription Agreements, Side Letters) primarily in Japanese.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) is crucial for contract review and liaison with Japan-based stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in private equity fund operations or a buyside role is required.
  • Strong understanding of PE term sheets, fund structures, capital activity, and compliance is necessary.
