Job Overview

As a senior welfare home administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our welfare home, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall operation of the welfare home, guaranteeing the comfort, security, and well-being of residents.
  • Ensure that all services provided to destitute persons adhere strictly to MSF regulation and the Destitute Person Act.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the premises.
  • Enforce strict food safety and hygiene protocols throughout the home.
  • Evaluate and enhance the quality and relevance of programs and services offered to residents.
  • Prepare budgets and monitor cash flow according to established policies.

Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum diploma in social work or psychology.
  • Have at least two years of relevant working experience in the social service sector.
  • Be available to work weekdays during office hours.
  • Commit to occasional weekend and evening meetings when necessary.
  • Understand the needs of destitute persons and be willing to provide compassionate care.
