Electronics Manufacturing Operations Planner

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Manufacturing Operations Planner to join our team. This role involves planning and coordinating the production process to ensure efficient and effective output.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) for inventory tracking and material forecasting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules to meet demand and minimize lead times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and improve efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed.
- Utilize advanced ERP tools to track inventory levels, manage supply chain logistics, and optimize production processes.
- Lead initiatives focused on enhancing planning effectiveness and reducing waste.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing operations planning, preferably in a high-volume environment.
