Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with leadership skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Engineer to join our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Engineer to lead the maintenance and servicing of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, assigning, and supervising subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects. Your technical expertise in mechanical engineering, BMS/PLC/HVAC systems, and ability to provide technical guidance and operational support will be invaluable in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. Knowledge of CAD, Commissioning, and Systems Engineering is also desirable. If you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to facility management teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and servicing of complex systems.
  • Strong knowledge of BMS/PLC/HVAC systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
