Job Description

As a key member of the GC&B team, you will work closely with the lead to plan, formulate, and review C&B programs and policies at the Group level, NHG's institutions in attracting, motivating, and retaining top talents to support business strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • C&B Partner: Work closely with Ministries on sectoral C&B alignment, salary reviews, and policy matters. Collaborate with site HR on policy changes and deviations to understand institutional needs and find solutions.
  • General C&B: Manage C&B projects from conceptualization to implementation, including simulations, communications, and change management. Research compensation statistics, market sentiments, and economic indicators to support C&B strategies.
  • Annual Budgeting: Drive HR budget planning and submission for Group C&B. Plan, review, and prepare manpower budget assumptions and projections for Group Finance.
  • Performance Management: Work with Group HR teams on annual performance management exercises, managing timelines and supporting compensation rewards matters.
Requirements
  • Education/Training/Experience: Min Degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent. At least 8-10 years relevant working experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in healthcare.
  • Personal Attributes: Numerate, strong analytical skills, strategic thinking mindset, problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
