About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Crew to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • To take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
  • To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • To work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • To communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns

Requirements:

  • Able to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred, but not essential
