About the Role

Hudson Global Resources (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Implementation and Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving forward new Enterprise RPO & Project Solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing tailored solutions for new deals and renewals based on client needs
  • Manage pricing for new opportunities and work closely with Business Development leaders to create compelling commercial offerings
  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of implementation RPO and Recruitment projects, including scoping, planning, executing, and closure
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders ensuring successful project delivery
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and success
  • Attend and actively participate in client briefings pitches, locally, regionally, and globally
  • Utilise project management tools and techniques and drive innovation through technology-enabled solutions
  • Enable continuous improvement for existing clients and projects

About You

We are looking for an experienced RPO leader with exceptional communication and outstanding problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to come up with creative solutions to new problems. You will have:

  • A track record of delivery within the RPO/recruitment space
  • Adaptability, energy, and results orientation
  • The ability to think on your feet and approach things differently
  • Strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders
