Job Title: Clinical Pathology Operations Director

Lead Clinical Pathology Operations Manager

Job Summary:

  • Drive the centralization of Anatomic Pathology (AP) services across institutions, developing a comprehensive operational framework to harmonize and consolidate resources at the cluster level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinical leads to implement strategic projects and initiatives that enhance service quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate the upgrading of facilities and equipment to meet service needs, including preparing technical specifications and reviewing proposals.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, financial analyses, and evaluations to recommend cost-effective care models for implementation.
  • Partner with clinical leads in process reviews, workflow improvements, and adoption of new tools and technologies, including artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation.
  • Review business models, financials, and expenditures to optimize financial sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, providing secretariat support for audits and accreditation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in laboratory and/or operations management
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management experience

The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management.
