Job Title: Treasury Manager Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Manager Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing, operating and administering treasury transactions in our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute, operate and administer treasury transactions in the branch
  • Stabilize and optimize cash flow and liquidity management
  • Manage FX positions to minimize risks
  • Negotiate with financial institutions to secure funding and build relationships
  • Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on counterparties
  • Maintain liquidity ratios
  • Process inter-bank transactions in Money Market, FX and Securities
  • Ensure compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and internal bank policies

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury operations, with a focus on Money Market instruments and derivatives
  • Hold a CMFAS RES 2B and CM SIP certification (or equivalent)
  • Have a good understanding of short-term cash flow and liquidity management
  • Be familiar with financial market products, preferably with FMRP knowledge
  • Have a good understanding of MAS regulations
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to create cash flow sheets and reports using various functions
  • Familiarity with programming (Excel VBA) is preferred
  • Bloomberg system experience is also preferred
