Job Opportunity: TCM Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TCM Therapist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed practitioner to deliver holistic, patient-centred care that addresses musculoskeletal and systemic health concerns.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in Acupuncture, Cupping, and Gua Sha with at least 1-2 years of clinical experience in all three modalities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team on integrated patient care plans, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform acupuncture treatments in accordance with TCM diagnosis and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver cupping therapy (fire/vacuum) to address muscular tension, stagnation, and improve circulation.
  • Provide Gua Sha treatments to support detoxification and alleviate muscular and systemic imbalances.
  • Work collaboratively with the chiropractic and physiotherapy team on integrated patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with documentation standards.
  • Educate patients on TCM principles, lifestyle recommendations, and treatment aftercare.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and equipment sterilisation standards are upheld at all times.
  • Monitor and report any adverse patient reactions or contraindications.
Requirements:
  • Registered TCM Practitioner with the TCM Practitioners Board, Singapore.
  • Formal qualifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine, inclusive of Acupuncture, Cupping, and Gua Sha (Diploma or Degree level).
  • At least 1–2 years of clinical experience in all three modalities preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust with a diverse patient base.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is advantageous (for communication with Mandarin-speaking patients).
  • High attention to hygiene, safety, and professional conduct.
