Front Desk Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Assistant to join our team at Peninsula Excelsior Singapore, A Wyndham Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling queries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hotel environment and possess excellent communication skills. You will be required to work on public holidays and weekends, as well as use basic computer systems. If you are a warm and customer-service focused individual who is able to speak and understand basic English, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with queries over the counter and/or phone
- Assist guests with taxi/limousine bookings
- Assist guests with luggage keeping and delivering it to their rooms promptly
- Open doors/gates for guests, greet and welcome them
Requirements:
- Able to speak and understand basic English
- Relevant experience working in a hotel environment
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends
- Able to use basic computer systems
- Warm personality and customer-service focused
