Key Responsibilities
  • ERP Operations Management: Manage potential issues and opportunities through daily contact with users and process owners.
  • System Security and Risk Management: Analyze and evaluate system, application, and infrastructure security risks to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Software and System Maintenance: Maintain updates and maintenance on security, software, and system security to ensure optimal performance.
  • First-Line Support: Provide first-line support to businesses.
  • Change Request and Issue Management: Work on change request and issues.
  • Global Support Team Collaboration: Work with the global support team to identify and implement improvements.
  • Solution Delivery and Documentation: Deliver support and enhancements, and own solution delivery, including appropriate documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Min. Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP (EWM, FI, SD, MM, PP) and automation process is preferred. Knowledge of Oracle Database Administration and managing Windows Server/Linux environment.
