Relationship Development Manager Premier Banking Asia

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Development Manager to join our Premier Banking Asia team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and cross-selling our Premier Banking value proposition to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire new customers for Premier Banking Asia and Premier Private Client (Offshore segment)
- Cross-sell the OCBC Premier Banking value proposition to target client segments
- Build and maintain effective customer acquisition sources
- Identify acquisition opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Develop strategic tie-ups with referral partners
- Engage partners to generate a consistent pipeline of prospects
- Convert leads into sales
- Perform customer onboarding via face-to-face meetings or digital onboarding
- Meet compliance and control standards in the onboarding process
- Conduct KYC and AML procedures and documentations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience
- Confident individual with good networking skills
- Diploma or Degree holder with banking or sales experience preferred
- Good relationship building skills and entrepreneur mindset
- Highly driven and motivated to over-achieve targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel for work, if required
- Converse proficiently in English, Chinese, and/or Bahasa language
- Matured personality to handle affluent market segment
