Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Executive to support our daily operations and manage customer service relationships. The key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-Day Administration
• Assist in the administration of the centre, including roster management, scheduling, payments, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Student Enrolments
• Provide exceptional support to students and parents during the enrolment process, including enquiries, assessments, registration, and related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Scheduling and Resource Management
• Schedule classes efficiently to optimize resource utilization, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Monitor and maintain a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Communication and Relationship Building
• Establish and maintain excellent rapport with parents, children, and teachers through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure timely and responsive communication to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Maintaining Brand Standards
• Uphold the company's brand image and presentation standards, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in standard English language
- Excellent customer orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingualism is an advantage
