Stablecoin Infrastructure Architect

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge stablecoin infrastructure. This includes designing secure systems for key management, transaction signing, gas fee management, and blockchain integration.

You will own services that manage the full lifecycle of stablecoin transactions, encompassing mint, burn, transfer, and reconciliation processes. Additionally, you will create internal ledgering systems to track balances across multiple chains and token types.

The successful candidate will have expertise in object-oriented design and production-grade software development, including strongly typed languages such as Kotlin, Java, C#, C++, or Rust. Proven experience in building and integrating blockchain infrastructure into larger financial systems is essential.

A thorough understanding of secure system design, particularly around private key handling, signing, encryption, and operational controls, is vital. Your ability to quickly adapt to unfamiliar tools and frameworks will also be crucial in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure systems for key management, transaction signing, gas fee management, and blockchain integration
  • Owning services for stablecoin transactions, including mint, burn, transfer, and reconciliation processes
  • Creating internal ledgering systems to track balances across multiple chains and token types
  • Integrating stablecoin infrastructure into existing FX and payment systems
  • Maintaining a strong grasp of secure system design principles

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in object-oriented design and production-grade software development
  • Proven experience in building and integrating blockchain infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of secure system design principles
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and frameworks
