We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Revenue Strategist to join our team at Naumi Hotels SG PTE. LTD. as a Cluster Revenue Manager.

Responsibilities- Revenue Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue from hotel bookings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to set competitive room rates.
- Forecast future demand using historical data and market analysis tools.
- Pricing and Inventory Management:
- Monitor room rates and adjust according to demand, competition, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective distribution of inventory and pricing.
- Develop and maintain pricing models to improve hotel profitability.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial data, sales trends, and market performance to measure revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports and insights on revenue metrics, such as RevPAR for the hospitality industry.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic actions to optimize revenue.
- Demand Forecasting and Trend Analysis:
- Use historical data and market analysis tools to forecast future demand and sales.
- Adjust pricing and inventory strategies based on shifts in demand, seasonality, and other market factors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, hospitality management, economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles in the hotel industry.
- Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, excellent communication and presentation skills, familiarity with revenue management software, Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis tools.
