Senior Insurance Administrator

At ACCLAIM INSURANCE BROKERS PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Insurance Administrator to join our team.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the Account Servicing team, ensuring proper documentation and electronic filing of policies.
- Independently handle Foreign Worker Bonds placements, preparing coverage summaries, certificates, and other documents as required.
- Assist with invoicing for the Account Servicing Team and ensure all correspondences and documentations are electronically filed in our systems.
- Update expiry lists and policy renewal status for the department.
- Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials and renewal data.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity within an insurance broking company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Possess a Certificate of General Insurance (CGI) or be willing to obtain one.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is essential.
