Blink Design Group PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our team. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for implementing design frameworks and best practices, managing the design delivery process, and bridging the gap between design and delivery for hospitality interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Design Lead to drive project design forward from kick-off to completion.
  • Support the Design Lead during concept and schematic phases and prepare presentations.
  • Oversee the drafting of detailed workings, drawings, and specifications, and prepare tender applications.
  • Manage the quality of deliverables and ensure design documentation keeps pace with project timescales and budgets.
  • Coordinate and foster teamwork between project stakeholders, including internal design teams and external consultants.
Requirements:
  • Hospitality design-related background in education and working experience.
  • Experience in project design development.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent presentation and client management skills.
