Job Title: Regional Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our coffee shop operations in a designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain strong relationships with stall tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Review and provide feedback on services provided by vendors, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Conduct weekly inspections of our coffee shops to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Manage coffee shops in a designated region, driving business growth and profitability.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback from departing employees.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry.
- A positive work attitude, willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and highly driven, with a strong commitment to achieving results.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with proven ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Strong initiative, independence, and organizational skills, focusing on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong decision-making skills, able to think, plan, and execute autonomously.
