Plastering Specialist

This challenging and rewarding role requires the creation of high-quality, smooth finishes on walls and ceilings.

  • Clean, repair cracks and level surfaces to provide a stable base for plastering.
  • Mix and prepare plaster, mortar, cement, and other related materials according to specifications.
  • Apply plastering techniques to achieve exceptional results on walls and ceilings.
  • Inspect and refurbish existing plasterwork to meet quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide accurate project quotes and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Select and use appropriate tools and materials for each project.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Identify and report structural or site issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Construction or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in plastering or related field.
  • Good understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Able to lift heavy materials and equipment.
