Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at WIZLOGIX PTE LTD. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to handle inquiries from diverse clients.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring 5 working days per week. The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Sales Manager to prepare and manage documents from quotation to invoicing using SAP B1. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls and emails, coordinating appointments, managing electronic files, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
Requirements and Skills:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess strong communication and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential. A positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team are also necessary. Although prior experience is beneficial, we welcome candidates without experience as training will be provided.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits to support your growth and well-being.
