Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers, reviewing inventory levels, and handling all inbound and outbound documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage purchase requisitions for materials ordering;
  2. Issue purchase orders to suppliers or vendors;
  3. Review inventories according to orders required;
  4. Handle all IN/OUT bound documents and permits for overseas deliveries;
  5. Review suppliers' and vendors' deliveries against purchase orders on a daily basis;
  6. Handle commercial invoices from suppliers;
  7. Collaborate with accounts teams for effective supply chain management.

This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience in purchasing or procurement.
