We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams. This role involves providing expert advice on aircraft systems, preparing technical reports, and leading meetings to resolve issues affecting aircraft return to service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer technical assistance and recommendations to customers and Field Service Representatives.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed technical reports and correspondence.
  • Conduct meetings to resolve complex issues impacting aircraft availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Maintenance or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, particularly Challengers and Global Express.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in problem-solving within the aviation industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (spoken and written).
  • AME license or equivalent (asset).
  • Able to work off-site assignments at short notice.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Programs.
  • Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
