Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Punggol, Sengkang or Serangoon.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and enjoy working with young children.



Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and consistency in teaching practices.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in teaching.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in an Infant Teacher role.
  • Proven track record of improving student outcomes and advancing instructional practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
