Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering (desirable).
  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering Lifecycle and relevant standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 15288).
  • Knowledge of product development methodologies, with a particular focus on iterative/agile development.
  • Knowledge of Safety, Security, and Human Factors standards and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve effective outcomes in a multidiscipline, multi-culture environment.
  • Coaching/sharing knowledge.
  • Capability to manage various stakeholders with different objectives.
  • A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.

Desirable
  • Experience in Systems Engineering, including requirements, design, integration, and verification and validation.
  • Experience in the ATM Domain and related standards (e.g., ICAO, Eurocontrol).
  • Experience in System Engineering tools (e.g., DOORs, Polarian, Jira).
  • Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering and tools (e.g., Capella, Enterprise Architect).
  • Experience in working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • French literacy.
