Job Description:

Early Years Educator Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive care through daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and hygiene, ensuring each child's comfort and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom that supports infants' and toddlers' physical, emotional, and sensory development.
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and play-based experiences that support language, cognitive, and social-emotional growth.
  • Inspire a love for English through meaningful and interactive language experiences.
  • Capture and reflect on children's learning journeys through newsletters, class panels, and portfolios.
  • Foster positive relationships with families to support each child's growth and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent certification.
  • ECDA Certified.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
  • Passionate about nurturing young learners in their formative years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
