Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Asian book market.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, including major book retailers, and developing strategic plans to increase sales volume.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional bookstore accounts.
  • Work closely with our marketing and publishing teams to ensure effective product promotion.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in book sales, book publishing, or book retail.
  • Familiarity with the Asian book retail landscape in Southeast Asia.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of an Asian language is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • A results-driven mindset and comfort working in a data-based environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for sales visits several times per year.
