Global Card Game Development Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Game Localization Specialist to join our international team. As part of this role, you will work closely with Japanese partners to bring exciting card game products to a global audience.
- Job Description:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the creation and launch of new card game products, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Liaise with Japanese Partners: Collaborate directly with Japanese counterparts to ensure seamless development and production processes.
- Localization & Translation: Translate game content from Japanese to English, adapting for cultural relevance and engaging player experiences.
- Proofreading & Quality Control: Review and refine English copy and product designs for clarity, consistency, and tone.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in any discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Bilingual in English & Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Interest or background in games, anime, or Japanese pop culture
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Sharp eye for detail and cultural nuances
- Open to working occasional weekends/public holidays for events
- Willing to travel overseas for business, if needed
