Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect, Manager


    We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that meet their goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business and functional requirements into robust D365 solutions
  • Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security
  • Lead and mentor a team of functional/technical consultants and developers
  • Serve as a primary point of contact with client stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Ensure adherence to Microsoft's best practices and delivery frameworks
  • Support pre-sales and business development with solution design and effort estimates
  • Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and methodologies

Requirements:
  • 6–10 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP/D365 solutions
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on enterprise D365 projects
  • Strong functional expertise in one or more areas: D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Familiarity with Azure services and integration technologies (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.)
  • Experience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing teams and leading client workshops or discovery sessions

Desirable Qualifications:
  • MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain/CRM modules)
  • MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: Azure Fundamentals or relevant technical certifications
