About the Role

The Regional Hub Manager drives objectives, programmes, and operations to suit client needs. They provide leadership oversight on execution, including operational management, leadership management, financial management, resource management, and community integration and inclusion.

Responsibilities include managing and supervising hub operations, ensuring programmes run according to funding bodies' requirements, providing trans- or multi-disciplinary case management inputs, ensuring safety and well-being of clients, staff, and operations, and overseeing budget planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience, effective interpersonal and communication skills, motivation to work independently, and a passion to work with people with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Manage and supervise hub operations, ensure programmes run according to funding bodies' requirements, provide trans- or multi-disciplinary case management inputs, ensure safety and well-being of clients, staff, and operations.
  • Leadership Management: Provide guidance, mentoring, supervision to team members on their duties.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budget planning and execution within set parameters.
  • Resource Management: Manage allocated resources, review contracts and agreements, work with other teams for efficient resource allocation.
  • Develop and Drive Community Integration and Inclusion: Develop programmes and services that activate community interactions between clients and the community.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivated and able to work independently.
  • Passion to work with people with intellectual disabilities.
