The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced climate change investment advisor in Singapore to join our team. You will work with corporates, financial institutions, governments, and development finance institutions to design and deliver decarbonisation strategies, sustainable finance solutions, and transition plans for a net zero economy.

You will be based in Singapore, a key regional hub for sustainable finance, and work on high-impact projects across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead workstreams to design and deliver decarbonisation and sustainable finance strategies for corporates, investors, and governments.
  • Advise on market, policy, and investment structures, including carbon markets, blended finance, and adaptation and resilience.
  • Produce high-quality analysis and deliverables (models, reports, presentations) tailored to client and stakeholder objectives.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and foster a collaborative, problem-solving culture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in strategy, finance, investment, consulting, or a closely related field, with proven ability to apply expertise to climate or sustainability outcomes.
  • Emerging expertise in at least one Pollination thematic: carbon markets & nature-based solutions; energy & industrial decarbonisation; sustainable & blended finance.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead strategic and commercial analysis (financial models, market reviews, investment/policy analysis).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver structured solutions in a commercial context.
