Leading Occupational Therapist for Pediatric Rehabilitation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team of Allied Health Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and identifying the individual needs of clients, formulating and implementing appropriate therapy programs, and collaborating with a trans-disciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as a full registrant, and possess at least 5 years of direct experience.
The role involves working with clients aged 7-18 years, providing rehabilitative and intervention programs to support their ability to participate in daily activities. We strive to maximize the holistic learning and development of our clients, enabling them to achieve independence and active participation in their natural settings.
- Assess client needs and develop personalized therapy programs
- Implement evidence-based practices in intervention programs
- Stay updated on research and developments in pediatric occupational therapy
- Collaborate with a trans-disciplinary team of therapists, social workers, and psychologists
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as a full registrant
- At least 5 years of direct experience (for senior role)
