Airframe Maintenance Program Overview

Job Description

The Airframe Maintenance Program is a comprehensive training initiative designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge required to become certified Aircraft Technicians.

Selected applicants will undergo a 13-month classroom and practical training program, tailored to their academic qualifications.

Upon successful completion, you will be appointed as an Aircraft Technician and participate in maintenance, servicing, and overhaul of aircraft.

Aircraft Technicians who excel will have opportunities for career advancement, including roles as Certifying Technicians and Licensed Aircraft Engineers.


Program Structure

The program comprises theoretical instruction on aircraft-related topics at a Malaysia-based educational institution for the first 6 months, followed by on-the-job training at SIAEC Base Maintenance or Line Maintenance Division from the 7th month onwards.


Obligations

Trainees are required to serve a 2.5-year employment bond upon completing the program.

Failure to complete the program or meet the minimum employment period may result in a repayment obligation.


Requirements
  • Possess an Engineering Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills.
  • Willing to relocate to Singapore.
  • Strong interest in technical roles within the aviation industry.
  • Positive, hardworking personality.
  • Ability to differentiate colors for work purposes.
