About the Job- Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile technique and safe instrument handling standards.
- Prepare operating theatre equipment and provide support with pre- and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Oversee daily operating theatre scheduling and case planning.
- Lead, mentor, and train junior staff members.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
