Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

This is a highly demanding role that requires an individual with excellent technical skills and strong communication abilities. The primary goal of this position is to provide expert-level support to sales teams in Southeast Asia, ensuring seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system design, security, and electronics, as well as strong pre-sales technical presentation and training skills. A background in multinational environments is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical consultation and system design solutions for all sales/SAM projects in SEA.
  • Support pre-sales activities including site surveys, client meetings, technical presentations, and system demos.
  • Manage projects from testing and commissioning to troubleshooting and resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields such as security, electronics, or small electronic system design.
  • Familiarity with basic IT concepts including security hardware, networks, and databases.
  • Possession of advanced technical knowledge in access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems is an advantage.
  • Candidates with technical presales backgrounds will be considered favorably.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
