Business Analysis Specialist\

As a Business Analysis Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and addressing stakeholder needs.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.\
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to refine and clarify needs, define solution scope, and develop a compelling business case.\
  • Elicit and document business needs through exploration and identification, leveraging expertise in requirement management and process improvement.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current state and assess stated requirements, ensuring accurate definition of business needs.\
  • Assess deployed solutions to ensure they meet original business objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.\
  • Facilitate conflict resolution, issue management, and change implementation to ensure stakeholder agreement on solution scope and communicate expectations effectively.\
  • Coordinate meetings between third-party teams and internal stakeholders as required.\
  • Work closely with vendors to track progress and review delivery milestones, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.\
  • Support review and sign-off processes with internal stakeholders.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.\
  • Proven experience in full project development life cycles, with a focus on business analysis and solutioning.\
  • Strong track record in business process reengineering, application design, and facilitation of workshops to elicit and manage key business needs.\
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and influence stakeholders.\
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated individual who can innovate and take smart risks to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.\
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused individual with strong organization and people handling skills.\
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
