Job Overview

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Scaffold Training and Supervision Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable company in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training and supervision activities professionally as per the lesson plan.
  • Assess trainees as stated in the Assessment Plan.
  • Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for all participants.
  • Ensure all assessment documents are completed accurately.
  • Promote high levels of customer service to students.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health.
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience as supervisor / foreman / safety personnel, including:
  • A registered WSH Officer with at least 2 years experience in scaffold erection work.
  • At least 1 year experience in scaffold supervision work for registered WSH Officers and those with recognized Technical Diplomas.
  • At least 5 years experience in scaffold supervision work for non-WSH Officers or those without recognized Technical Diplomas.
  • Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE).
  • Certificate in Supervision of Metal Scaffold Erection Course / Supervise Metal Scaffold Erection.
