Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in financial processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Prior experience in an administrative or accounting support role is preferred but not essential.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Familiarity with accounting software such as Microsoft Navision is also beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in an administrative or accounting support role (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with accounting software (Microsoft Navision)
