About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Pharmacist to join our team at Beacons Pharmaceuticals Pte. Ltd.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee dispensing operations for production materials, providing timely reports to the Production Manager as needed.
  • Manage controlled substances and inventory, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Under the supervision of the Production Manager, manage operational training and development of production manpower, ensuring relevant SOPs are up-to-date.
  • Assist in planning, recording, and monitoring production manpower headcount in accordance with employment matrices, proposing replacements and additional personnel as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to support GMP inspections by authorities or customers.
  • Cover for the Regulatory Pharmacist during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong clinical research skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in inventory management and purchasing processes.
  • A background in healthcare and familiarity with GMP practices.
  • Compounding and compliance expertise.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
