Business Growth Strategist

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to lead our expansion into new markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow our business through strategic partnerships, sales initiatives, and market research.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Sieve out and work with interested parties to improve the ways they consume home-fix services.
  • Explore new territories in Malaysia (KL & Penang), and ASEAN, to expand our business.
  • Provide market trends and requirements to colleagues to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead activity, status, and contact information.
  • Initiate and manage outbound outreach via CRM SaaS, email, calls, and social platforms.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experiences dealing with MCSTs, realty companies, and retail sales, with skills in CRM, Lead Generation, Relationship Management, Customer Driven, Customer Care, Retail Sales, Selling, Entrepreneurship, Presentation Skills, and Business Development.
