Job Overview

As a seasoned cybersecurity professional, we are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive security solutions to our customers, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of their data.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive monitoring, configuration, and integration assistance to ensure seamless security operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering high-quality troubleshooting, investigation, and consultation services to customers.
  • Take ownership of issues, collaborate with internal teams to deliver actionable intelligence that informs future product enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in tech support, networking, or SOC.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity and experience with network protocols and standards (SSL, DNS, TCP/IP).
  • Familiarity and experience with OWASP top 10 risks.
  • Familiarity with common web technology concepts (HTML, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs).
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a drive to research and learn in pursuit of solutions.
  • Advantage for experience in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  • Bonus points for experience with AWS or Azure.
  • Relevant education degrees or professional certifications are desirable.
