The successful candidate will contribute to the company's profitability by identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly in General Freight (Air & Sea).

The Challenges
Develop strategic plans to boost profitability through targeted marketing initiatives and effective relationship-building strategies.

Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery and improve customer retention and growth.

Stay up-to-date with market trends and analyze competition to identify new opportunities.

What It Takes
Bachelor's Degree in any field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in negotiation, self-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
