Job Title:
Senior Clinical Care Specialist for Aesthetic Procedures

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support clinic operations in a Plastic Surgery setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing aesthetic procedures, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative care, and postoperative management. Collaborate with the anaesthetist to ensure smooth workflow and effective patient care. Assist in inventory control of consumables and maintenance of equipment. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.

Requirements:
Advanced Diploma in Nursing or Equivalent with specialization in Perioperative Nursing. Valid Licence as a Registered Nurse (RN) under Singapore Nursing Board. At least 2-3 years in post-registration clinical experience preferably in OR / AU / plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery setting. Certificate in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)/ Basic Life Support (BLS).

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of surgical procedures, patient care, and post-operative care specific to plastic surgery. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and ensure a smooth workflow. Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in computerized documentation systems and inventory management software.
