We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who's passionate about finding top talent for Financial Advisor roles. You'll be the driving force behind our recruitment strategy, sourcing advisory professionals and crafting hiring experiences that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Financial Advisor positions
  • Build strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles
  • Conduct thorough interviews via phone or in-person
  • Evaluate candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future openings
  • Meet weekly performance targets related to calls, emails, and outreach activity
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High energy and passion for recruitment
  • Ability to meet performance targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience sourcing for financial services or advisory roles preferred
  • A keen eye for talent and a passion for people
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
