Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the procurement department, you will be responsible for managing tender documents, sourcing materials, and preparing cost estimations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collation and preparation of tender documents, including verifying tender details, tracking tender documents, drawings, and submission requirements.
  • Sourcing of materials and preparing cost estimations.
  • Post-tender scopes such as project procurement, issuance of purchase orders, and vendors certification.
  • Preparation of project progress claims and submissions, and tracking of variation orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with budgets and manage costs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Construction management expertise.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
