Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through effective governance processes
  • Develop and maintain executive-level communication strategies
  • Provide regular status reporting on milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to leadership and business stakeholders
  • Oversee a portfolio of initiatives spanning multiple lines of business
  • Own the full project life cycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Ensure programs align with and support strategic objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in banking, preferably in project management roles
  • Proven experience in AML domain project management, including MAS Notice 626, Transaction Monitoring, Name Screening, and CDD
  • Familiarity with vendor software such as Actimize, Net Reveal, Detica, and MANTAS
  • Certification in PMI-PMP or Prince2
